Nick's Project Portfolio

First, in AutoCAD, I created the basic template of the ear bud case wit a couple of intersecting lines through the middle. These lines later serve as guides for cutting grooves into the final case.
Next, I took the AutoCAD file and transferred it over to 3D Studio. I built up the shape of the ear bud case using bridge. Then I attached the base of the case to the entire shape.
Finally, I took the three intersecting lines over the top of the case and turned them into cylinders with pre-determined measurements. Next, I used pro boolean to cut the grooves into the top and one through the middle of the case.
